Oasis Protocol Foundation is seeking an Ecosystem Success Manager to support our Business Development Team.

Job purpose: Ensure the success of new partnerships, support the BD team with managing new opportunities, and increase alignment within the BD as well as across teams

Company Description:

Designed for the next generation of blockchain, the Oasis Network is the first privacy-enabled blockchain platform for open finance and a responsible data economy. The Oasis Protocol Foundation supports projects focused on building privacy-preserving applications on top of the Oasis Network.

Scope: Full Time

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the BD team on qualified leads and opportunities. Identify and research potential clients and partners across Web3, Enterprise, and more
  • Track the milestones we establish with our partners in their integrations with our network as well as the results of their integrations
  • Assist our partners in the set up of their project on our network and help them navigate our internal teams and new products and software that we release for network partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Oasis's products and services so you can identify other areas of collaboration with our partners and synthesise partner feedback for our product and engineering teams.
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating the latest partner updates to the wider Oasis team and identify opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Work closely with marketing and community teams to align initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a success manager, community manager or business development
  • Strong relationship managing skills with a track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and remote-first environment.
  • A passion for blockchain and a genuine interest in the success of Oasis ecosystem members.
  • Familiarity with Oasis technology, Web3 dApps landscape and crypto market trends

This is a full-time role that will be paid in USDT OR USDC cryptocurrency

The role can be based anywhere with flexible and remote work options. There is a preference for candidates who can work to CEST time zone.
