As we continue to expand our reach and offerings, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and foster growth in the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem for our products.

The Opportunity:

The Business Development Manager will be a pivotal member of our core team focused on DeFi and consumer facing growth campaigns, responsible for identifying, pursuing, and nurturing key partnership opportunities within the Web3 landscape. This role demands a deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, decentralized applications (dApps), and the broader Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the digital space. Our products range from self-custodial wallets, decentralized identities, lending protocols, and community chat.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Planning - Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the Web3 ecosystem, including partnerships, determining deal structure, and owning collaborative relationship management.
• Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification - Conduct in-depth market research to identify partners, and new business opportunities within the Web3 sector.
• Partnership Development - Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, blockchain projects, decentralized platforms, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and business growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, legal, and finance, to align business development efforts with company goals and initiatives.
• Thought Leadership - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase our expertise and build our reputation within the Web3 community.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience (5+years) in business development, partnership management, or sales within the blockchain/Web3 industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 identities, DeFi, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem and a track record of successful partnerships or collaborations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
