Role

Permission is looking for an experienced and driven professional to create engaging content for our social media channels and blog.

Responsibilities

• Create brief, engaging content and copy across major social channels including Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Execute the entire editorial process, including ideation, drafting, creative, distribution, and promotional strategy (including scheduling content across social media platforms on a daily basis).
• Write hard-hitting copy that drives action in a variety of mediums and formats (website, blogs, collateral, reports, video, email, infographics, and more)
• Constantly monitor Permission’s social media channels and engage with posts, popular hashtags and join Web3 conversations/moments in a proactive and timely manner to cultivate community.
• Collaborate across the team and different departments to capture in-the-moment content while keeping overall content and social strategy in mind.
• Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audience.
• Deliver results based on data – measure social insights (quantitative and qualitative), leading and lagging indicator KPIs, and translate the insights derived into actionable implications and opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in social media marketing, with crypto marketing experience preferred
• Professional, Nuanced understanding of the Web3 social media landscape, top platforms, and audience behaviors (crypto, DeFi, web3, NFTs)
• Must be familiar with crypto Twitter and have experience creating twitter posts around specific Web3 topics
• 2+ years experience in content marketing; ability to speak and tell stories to multiple audiences
• Excellent communication and writing skills; Must have experience growing and maintaining an online community on Twitter and LinkedIn
• Experience with Reddit, Discord, and YouTube is a plus
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to capture the “voice” of a personality
• Experience with podcasting and video production is a plus
