We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager based in California to join our team and drive the growth of our crypto exchange platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain space, coupled with a proven track record in establishing partnerships, expanding customer networks, and driving revenue growth. As the Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction and contributing to its success in the dynamic and evolving cryptocurrency market.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop local partnerships in both crypto and traditional finance markets to enable growth
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's customer base, increase trading volumes, and enhance overall market presence
  • Create and maintain a database of prospect clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the crypto and blockchain space to drive innovative business development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Utilize outbound sales experience to proactively engage with potential clients and generate leads.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote brand visibility
  • Monitor and analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify potential areas for growth and improvement
  • Provide timely reports and updates to senior management, detailing progress on business development initiatives, partnerships, and market developments
  • Support clients onboarding and operation duties assigned by managers
  • Other tasks and projects indicated by the management team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development or partnership management roles within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services sectors
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations within the crypto industry
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, and NFTs will be a plus
