Role Overview


  • Compensation: $60K Base + 30% Commission
  • Flexible Hours: Part-Time/Full-Time
  • Background: Know technical terms, contacts with DEXs or on ramps or CEXs
  • Primary Task: Secure Free Trials with DEXs
  • Deal Targets: $10k - $100k contracts
  • Customer Metrics: Token Appreciation, Trading Fees, Yield from AMM

Work Tasks


  • Close Deals: Bring clients and close them as paying customers
  • Reach Contacts & New Leads: Identify and engage DEX and crypto prospects.
  • Pitch the Product: Present software, emphasize value.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Finalize pricing and terms.
  • Manage Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships.
  • Update Management on Market Trends: Monitor Web3 industry trends.
  • Manage Pipeline: Generate leads using CRM.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry, particularly in DEXs and related technologies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets independently.
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies and platforms.
  • Active involvement in the Web3 community and social networks.
