About the role

We're building a world-class team and at our core we are a technical team building for developers. As a Business Development lead, you will work in a highly technical environment, evolving our go-to-market strategy and building relationships across the ecosystem, all while collaborating with our engineers to relay customer pain points that will define our product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Live and breathe the Web3 ecosystem
  • Drive exploratory conversations with developers and stakeholders from Web2 and Web3 companies
  • Discover opportunities to spread awareness of our products across developer communities
  • Manage relationships and provide ongoing communication, data, and support
  • Communicate, oral and written, with both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or similar
  • Strong technical foundation, understanding both technical jardon and Web3 terminology
  • Ability to understand the industry quickly and keep up with new advancements
  • Passionate about Web3
  • Experience working at a startup
  • Technical background preferred
