Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Country Manager for our operations in Brazil. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and growing our presence in the Brazilian market, overseeing operations in the country and reporting directly to the company's Chief Strategy Officer.   Responsibilities:  

Create and manage our local operations, team and office Act as the primary point of contact for all Brazilian market stakeholders Work closely with product teams and providers to improve product localisation for the Brazilian market, ensuring alignment with local preferences and regulations Analyse market trends and competitors and collaborate with the global team to align strategies and ensure consistent company goals Ensure adherence to local regulations and compliance with industry standards. Ensure that Brazilian operations, marketing, and products meet company and country quality standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in online gambling operations in Brazil Strong understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape. Excellent communication skills Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team Fluency in both English and Portuguese

  Education and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in online gambling operations Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role

  Location: The selected candidate must be based in Brazil, São Paulo.
