BitGo is seeking a Growth Manager to lead and scale our customer acquisition, paid marketing, and lead generation strategies. This role will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel growth campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving engagement through webinars, paid media, account-based marketing, and targeted outreach. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an execution-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of financial technology and digital assets.

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across institutional audiences.
  • Optimize lead generation efforts through paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive continuous experimentation and A/B testing across landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, sponsorships, and other strategies to improve conversion rates.

Paid Marketing & Performance Optimization:

  • Own and manage performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other programmatic and paid media campaigns.
  • Define KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously optimize budget allocation to maximize acquisition efficiency.
  • Partner with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
  • Understand and implement retargeting ads, new user acquisition ads, and ABM targeted campaigns.
  • Implement what is needed to optimize various distribution channels. For example, we’ll need GCLID implemented on Google Ads to track platform conversion events.

Webinars & Events:

  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact webinars, virtual events, and targeted growth initiatives.
  • Drive attendance and engagement for educational and product-focused webinars by leveraging CRM, email marketing, and targeted promotions.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create content that resonates with key audience segments.

Funnel Optimization & Lead Nurturing:

  • Build and refine automated lead nurturing sequences, segmenting audiences based on behavior and intent.
  • Partner with sales to ensure marketing-driven leads are properly qualified and handed off for conversion.
  • Leverage data and insights to personalize messaging, improve customer journeys, and optimize retention strategies.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Establish and refine attribution models to understand marketing effectiveness and optimize spend across channels.
  • Regularly report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. (ex. Impressions, Leads, Intent, CAC, LTV, etc.)
  • Leverage data visualization tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, and Looker to analyze campaign performance and user behavior.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.), marketing automation, and funnel optimization.
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing webinars and virtual events as part of a broader growth strategy.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $140,000 and $160,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus, and the benefits outlined above are also part of this role's package.
