Here’s the bit about the opportunity:

As part of the Fireblocks sales team, you will play a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity field. You’ll be targeting a mixture of Crypto Native, Web3 and TradFi accounts in the DACH, Nordics & CEE region working closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team.

You’ll be:

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Working closely with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM Team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
  • Prospect, territory, and account planning
  • Updating and maintaining Fireblocks CRM

You’ll bring:

  • Sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into a relevant space such as financial services, payments, blockchain, fintech
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Direct experience working within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
  • Track record of over achievement
  • Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude with a willingness to prospect
  • Worked in a team selling environment

What does an account manager do?

Account managers are responsible for managing relationships with specific clients or customer accounts

Their primary role is to ensure that their clients are satisfied with the products or services they are receiving, and to identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise

In order to effectively manage their accounts, account managers typically perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs
  • Handling any problems or issues that arise, and working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients
  • Monitoring the performance of the account and making recommendations for improvement
  • Upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients
  • Providing regular reports to clients on the status of their accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
