As an Account Executive, you'll be a sales closer with the most exciting companies of the moment with web3 and DAOs. But also, you'll be a key member to understand customers patterns, business and help the product team build a customer-oriented product. You'll be also delivering white-glove support to some of the most innovative crypto start-ups and DAOs- from onboarding to troubleshooting.

- 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS business development/customer success role
- Demonstrated interest in web3
- Obsession for customers and ability to be their voice internally
- Outstanding drive and work standards
- Prior experience of remote working
- Based in the US
- Native English speaker

- Double activation rate to 20% by 2022
- Achieve an NPS over 8 to bootstrap referral growth
- Develop 3 partnership initiatives to help to impact the acquisition
- Attend 3 events in the US to help build brand visibility
- Upsell our prime plan to 100 businesses after we launch
- Collect and categorize customer feedback and ensure it's reflected in our roadmap

What does an account manager do?
