Are you interested in helping us change the world of finance and payments forever? The Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) is looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our Enterprise Ecosystem team. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Ecosystem.
In this role, you will support large enterprises as they launch their products and services on Stellar, ensure the Stellar ecosystem has the right infrastructure, partners, and tooling in place to execute these product launches, serve as a primary point of communication between the SDF and major digital asset infrastructure and service providers, and help enable seamless onboarding of new Stellar assets. You will become an expert on Stellar and its enterprise ecosystem, and lead in developing a strategic vision for growing the Stellar ecosystem to better support enterprise users.
Most importantly, you will grow the world of blockchain and support SDF’s mission of creating equitable access to the global financial system.
Specifically, you will:
- Drive forward major product launches on Stellar and support ecosystem integration and partnership needs, as well as the overall growth strategy for each project;
- Work with key ecosystem stakeholders to identify infrastructure and/or service gaps within the Stellar ecosystem;
- Develop proposals to close these gaps through strategic enterprise partnerships or through the development of in-house solutions;
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally within SDF to advocate for and drive forward Stellar ecosystem growth initiatives;
- Oversee and ensure execution of multi-stakeholder deals and projects.
- Actively engage with the Stellar enterprise ecosystem to build relationships and develop a deep understanding of ecosystem needs and priorities.
- Foster strong relationships within the broader digital asset ecosystem to support the launch and growth of new Stellar-based assets.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of product, partnerships, or growth experience.
- B2B experience building / launching products.
- Extensive cross-functional experience with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to see projects through to completion and to communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Comfort with a high degree of accountability and autonomy.
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing, dynamic industry as a thought-leader.
- Travel domestically or internationally up to 25% of the time.
Bonus Points:
- You have experience working in payments, banking or finance.
- Experience and understanding of the cryptocurrency space and market infrastructure, including direct experience working on digital asset projects.
