Reporting to the group’s Senior Tax Counsel, the successful candidate will provide end-to-end transactional tax support to deal teams globally, from the planning phase to the structuring of the business activities in a tax compliant and efficient manner and ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the group.

This high impact role will involve significant exposure to senior internal stakeholders and requires the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex tax issues and their commercial implications. Alongside the Senior Tax Counsel, the successful candidate will manage the group’s external transaction tax advisory relationships to drive value and quality.

In addition to demonstrating mastery of subject matter, the ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, independent, flexible, and happy in fast-paced environments, and bring a proven record of delivery across these responsibility areas.
