 Responsibilities
*Modernization and optimization of the existing BigQuery-based DWH architecture
*Designing and implementing a new DWH infrastructure company-wide
*Defining and applying data governance strategies
*Data modeling and database design
*Designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines
*Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the Data and BI team
*Defining standards for data quality and security
*Coordinating with cross-functional teams
*Establishing and documenting best practices.
Required Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture/engineering
*Extensive experience with BigQuery
*Experience with Redshift or similar cloud DWH systems
*In-depth knowledge of modern data stack tools
*Strong experience in data modeling and database design
*Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL
*Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes
*Experience in managing technical teams
*Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
*Experience with data governance frameworks
*Experience with open-source ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow)
Preferred Qualifications
*Knowledge of data security and regulations such as KVKK/GDPR
*Experience with Agile methodologies
*Advanced proficiency in English
