Your Role:
- Mentor & Guide: Support and teach external developers, helping to grow our awesome ecosystem.
- Dapp Expert: Dive deep into dapp development on the Chromia blockchain.
- Rell Pro: Master our programming language, Rell.
- Collaborator: Work closely with our internal dapp development teams.
- Content Creator: Write clear, helpful dapp development guides and improve our documentation.
- Trailblazer: Help lay the foundation for our Developer Relations team and roadmap.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years as a blockchain developer with strong full-stack skills.
- Solid understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and Web3 tech.
- Fluent in JavaScript, C#, Unity, Kotlin, or any other strong-typed programming language
- Great communication and teaching skills.
- Fluent in English and a strong writer.

- Experience as a technical writer.
- Teaching software development.
- Knowledge of Java or Kotlin.
