You will join a team of Innovators, Software Developers, Designers and Strategists invested wholeheartedly in building STEPN’s community. We are looking for someone who has built a global events program for a leading fitness + technology company who is looking to transition into Web3. You will partner closely with Brand, Creative and Digital teams to build world-class experiences.
Responsibility:
Channel management:
STEPN has a fast-growing Discord & Telegram community and is looking for someone to grow with us. They will be responsible for tasks including collecting feedback, soliciting product improvement ideas, stimulating conversation about STEPN, and curating events and hangouts.
Social listening:
This individual will be the point of contact to monitor and report on social sentiment on a daily basis. Tasks may include:
competitor analysis
proactively identifying collections to list
surfacing relevant news / trends to the team
escalating potential crises
and sharing major complaints that warrant response.
This individual will also liaise with mods and cluster them into trends for the team to understand.

Existing community member of STEPN:
STEPN team is a strong believer that community manager MUST come from the community, so that they already know how product works and has a strong belief in the success of the project.
Existing community management experience:
Practice scaling communities with significant follower
Consistency in responding to messages quickly and comprehensively
An attitude of openness and inclusion
A global mindset
Crypto / NFT expertise:
Knowledge and passion for blockchain, NFTs and play2earn concept.
A strong voice that is casual enough to resonate with the culture of NFT / crypto while still exuding professionalism
Data analytics chops:
Ability to manoeuvre social media tools to glean trends, statistics, and insights.
Experience presenting data-driven community insights to team members.

- Moderating online forums and social media groups, and responding to community members questions and concerns
- Organizing and hosting events and meetups to bring community members together and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
- Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
- Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
