Community Relationships Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Community Engagement:
- Be the voice of Arbitrum across various community channels (Discord, Telegram, etc.), fostering a positive and collaborative online environment.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate connections with key community members, influencers, and developers, building trust and ambassadorship for Arbitrum.
- Ambassador Engagement and Support:
- Maintain regular communication with ambassadors to keep them engaged and motivated.
- Provide ambassadors with the necessary resources and tools to facilitate their roles, especially those related to Web3 technologies.
- Connect ambassadors with relevant team members to address their questions and needs.
- Resource Development:
- Develop and maintain easy-to-use resources for the community and ambassadors, focusing on Web3 applications and technologies.
- Ensure resources are up-to-date and accessible.
- Communication and Feedback:
- Gather and analyze community sentiment, relaying valuable insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of the Arbitrum experience.
- Act as a liaison between the internal Ambassador Program team and external ambassadors.
- Collaboration and Initiative Support:
- Collaborate with community managers in specific regions to support community initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of ambassador activities and events.
- Proposal Review:
- Review and evaluate proposals related to ambassador initiatives.
- Provide constructive feedback and support the implementation of approved proposals.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Web3 Space
- Previous experience in community management, customer support or as an ambassador, preferably in Web3 space.
- Familiar with Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems.
- Strong record of active participation in Web3 communities via X.com and Discord.
- Familiarity with social media and content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Preferably based in Asia time zones.
- Proficiency in English and another Asian language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, or Vietnamese) would be a plus.
Additional Requirements or Expectations Specific to the Position:
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate communication across different time zones.
