Community Lead
Resposibilities
- Lead, build and grow the Fuel community worldwideÂ
- Create a foundation and formula for engaging and enabling community champions in global/regional communities
- Develop programs to engage communities and localize programs for regional communities
- Be the community leader within Fuel to drive cross-functional collaboration for community programs as well as a stakeholder in other GTM activations
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community growth & management strategy for Fuel’s developer community
- Work alongside the content & social media team to create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media content) to educate and inform the community about Fuel’s product.Foster meaningful conversations and interactions within the community, building a strong sense of belonging.
- Organise online and offline events (e.g., AMAs, meetups) to bring the developer Web3 community together.
- Manage social media channels and online presence to promote initiativesIdentify and address community concerns and issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments within the Web3 ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience building Web3 and technical communities
- Experience leading major cross-functional teams
- Experience building and hiring community teams
- Strong embedded relationships in Web3 with ecosystem projects, key opinion leaders and community groups
- Strong understanding of Web3 technology, its applications, and the current Web3 landscape.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with diverse audiences.
- Experience building and managing online communities is essential.
- A passion for Web3 and a strong belief in its potential to revolutionize various industries.
- Bonus: strong knowledge of communities and key stakeholders in regions with emerging crypto native cultures, such as LATAM, APAC, Africa
