What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Community & Content Manager who can blend technical understanding with community-building skills. This is not a role for someone who needs to be heavily managed—our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and contribute at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
As part of our operational team, you will play a key role in building and nurturing a vibrant community—a true cult following for ZkCloud’s ecosystem growth. Your responsibilities include creating engaging content, driving excitement, and ensuring that community efforts are well-integrated with our roadmap. A genuine passion for blockchain, a solid conceptual understanding of Zero-Knowledge (ZK) technology, and the creativity to foster trust and enthusiasm are essential.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage our community channels (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other) by fostering excitement and engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the community, actively listening to feedback and ensuring it is communicated effectively back to the team.
- Organize activations and campaigns (such as AMAs, referral programs, events…) to grow and engage the community.
- Create educational and engaging content for our community, such as announcements, blogs, and social media updates.
- Collaborate closely with the team and external marketing partners to ensure all messaging aligns with our goals and reflects our roadmap.
- Build relationships & campaigns with other communities, influencers, KOLs, and partners to amplify our message.
- Develop impactful campaigns that engage our existing and new audiences.
- Existing footprint in crypto online communities, preferably as a community manager or moderator
- Crypto-native: A strong passion for blockchain and conceptual understanding of Zero-Knowledge (ZK)
- Strong ownership mindset: You’re proactive, resourceful, and able to drive initiatives from concept to execution independently
- Strong English communication skills: ability to simplify complex ideas into relatable messaging
- Creative problem-solver: Excelling at turning innovative strategies for community engagement and content creation
- Iterative by nature: Tracking and analyzing community metrics to identify success and areas for improvement
- Thriving in a fast-moving, dynamic environment where priorities can shift
- Prior experience working in a startup or early-stage company
- Proven success in creating and scaling community engagement strategies, preferably in blockchain or tech industries
- Ability to work across strategic, operational, and tactical levels
- Familiarity with tools and platforms commonly used for community management
- Fully remote position where remote work is supported
