Job Description

As the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, you play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing and communications strategy, targeting the AI and Web3 communities. This position demands a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, as well as a deep passion for these cutting-edge technologies.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement a forward-thinking marketing and communications strategy tailored to the Web3 and AI sectors.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
    • Align marketing and communications initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
    • Create new campaigns when opportunities are identified.
    • Actively seek out opportunities for growth by identifying and pursuing potential avenues for expansion.

  • Execution:
    • Develop and distribute engaging content across platforms like Twitter, newsletters, and Medium.
    • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
    • Analyze metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Management of our Key Opinion Leader (KOL), including crafting media kits and monitoring KOL engagement with our brand.
    • Coordinate cross-marketing efforts and joint releases with partners to enhance visibility and impact.

  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as Product, to ensure integrated and consistent messaging.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, and media contacts.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally at least 2 years in web3.
  • Interest in AI
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of initiative and innovation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies.
  • Deep understanding and passion for Web3 and AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated expertise in impactful copywriting.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
