We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the User Growth team, which is the engine behind turning strategies into creatively executed campaigns and initiatives. What you’ll be working on:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer segmentation, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels to drive user engagement.
• Analysing customer data and behaviour to create personalized marketing experiences.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborating with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM marketing.

About you:

• Proven experience as a CRM Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably experience in CEX or DEX.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategies, tools, and platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
