Role Purpose Are you ready to make a significant impact? As our Risk Manager, you'll be at the forefront of protecting our company's assets, reputation, and stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks. You'll craft and execute innovative risk management strategies for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, ensuring they align with our ambitious business goals and regulatory standards.In this role, you will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans, monitor and analyze risk trends to provide actionable insights to senior management, and implement risk control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support the MD of Copper Markets (AG) with the risk assessment framework including identifying the inherent risks, assessing controls, residual risks and ensuring the business remains within our risk appetite. Analysis, reporting and tracking of all material risks as a 2nd line function Assisting the design & implementation of quantitative & qualitative strategy & risk controls. Ensure the protection of the business with the operational effectiveness of Risk systems & procedures. Attend the risk review meetings which aim to continually assess and manage all forms of risk across the enterprise. Develop, improve, manage, and promote effective Risk Management within a regulated business.
Security
Risk oversight of high security environments Manage the technology security and physical security system and programmes Conduct security risk assessments for facilities, staff and life systems e.g., access control

Your experience, skills and knowledge
