Our team is responsible for resolving them quickly, reliably, and with high customer satisfaction. As a member of the team, youāll build new user-facing experiences, scale internal infrastructure, and design intelligent automation to help us solve thousands of customer issues per hour. Youāll lead solutions end to end. Youāll translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions and drive delivery and experimentation. Your role will involve creative problem-solving to balance development speed, product impact, and technical excellence. As our next Fullstack Engineer, you should have 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high growth startups, plus:
Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience. Web & Backend Expertise: Proven track record of building end-to-end high-scale product experiences as a full-stack engineer. Experience with Python on backend, Next.js on web, and/or Postgres databases is a plus. Ownership Mindset: Own projects holistically from inception to production and beyond. The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
