We are hiring an OTC Sales Trader Lead to join Binance OTC team. The overall business covers spot and derivatives OTC trading, electronic flows, agency execution, and API liquidity solutions. The OTC Sales Trader Lead will be part of a high-growth business, and play a key role to expand the client outreach and the trade flow of the OTC desk.

Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of the OTC trade lifecycle during ASIA hours, by providing clients with price quotations and trade executions, and conducting internal hedge requirements.
    • Lead the global coverage of the OTC Sales Traders to ensure efficient and well risk-managed operations and client relationships
    • Work closely with Sales & BD teams to handle client origination and new trade capture.
    • Scale up new OTC product services, and enhancement of existing ones, through coordination with the product, quant, and development teams.
    • Work closely with operations team and backend teams to enhance the middle and back office operations and reconciliation systems.
    • Handle OTC product transactions across spot, derivatives, and fiat assets.
    • Support ad-hoc needs on trade investigations, risk management, or post-trade analysis.

Requirements:

    • Strong education background from fields of finance, engineering, or mathematics.
    • 8+ years of experience as an OTC Sales Trader in the financial or crypto industry, with proven team lead experience.
    • Proven experience in handling OTC transactions across Spot & Fiat assets. Derivatives OTC sales experience is a strong plus.
    • Proven experience in agency executions trades (TWAP, etc.), and risk management.
    • Excellent analytical skills, team-player, resourceful, hands-on, and takes initiative.
    • Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and comfortable to communicate with a global team across different geographies and functions.
    • Experience in electronic OTC flows, structured products, or DeFi trading is a plus.
    • Ability to work with Python and SQL is a plus.
