About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Technical Product Lead to take ownership of product development at xLabs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product life-cycle, from ideation and definition to development, maintenance, and go-to-market. Our products are primarily geared toward developers and include technologies such as generic and specialized relayers, SDKs, APIs, block explorers, and token bridging.
As the Technical Product Lead, you will work closely with our engineering and cross-functional teams, partner contributors of Wormhole, and customers to understand their needs, define priorities, and discover opportunities. You'll play a key role in driving innovation and pushing the envelope of what's possible.
You have experience working as a Product Lead in the Blockchain industry, and experience in cross-chain technologies is preferred.
Proven experience leading product development in ambiguous or early-stage environments.
You present a technical profile with a strong understanding of multichain protocols and DeFi.
You have experience with SDKs, backend services, and API architectures.
You have excellent communication skills with experience working with a global team.
You are passionate about the Crypto ecosystem and your ability to make an impact.
Proven and measurable track record of successfully launching and improving products.
You present Advanced English.
