FUNCTION

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who will assist in the day-to-day production of a wide range of promotional and branding materials, communication media, partnership proposals and other digital materials.

This will largely consist of updating existing templates with new creative on a regular basis. That said, the role presents ample opportunities for the candidate to contribute original designs and creative problem solving, setting the candidate up well to grow into their career, at Nifty’s and in general.

This position will work directly with Graphic Designers (who are under the SVP of Design, and works specifically with the Marketing and Partnership teams.)

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES

• Work with Graphic Designers to update and modify a wide range of creative deliverables across media formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, and particularly MP4.
  
• Assist with the creation of commercial partnerships proposals and related materials in collaboration with the Partnerships team
  
• Develop marketing materials in promotion of partnerships as well as brand campaigns (mostly templated, but some ideation and original creative necessary)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines highly preferred
• 1-5 years of related work experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Solutions-oriented and positive attitude required
• Ideal candidate is highly collaborative and takes direction well
• Self-starting, organized, strong attention to detail required

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly AE*) required
