About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design team to create beautiful, elegant, and thoughtful solutions for Figure Markets’ exchange for everything. What You'll Do

Own product design requests end to end, from conception and wireframing to fully polished designs Deliver simple and effective user experiences from complex business and technical requirements Collaborate with other designers, product managers and business leadership on product and design decisions Work with our engineering team to ensure understanding of designs; review applications built for implementation correctness Work with and evolve our design system

What We Look For

5+ years of experience as a product designer working on web interfaces and user interactions An extensive online portfolio of professional design work showcasing your role in creating delightful and well-crafted user experiences Proficient in modern creative tools such as Figma Capable of quickly learning complex user journeys and technical requirements into easy to understand wireframes Strong sense of design principles, hierarchy, typography, layout, and conceptual skills Have experience creating design systems and product guidelines Enjoy delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces and components Demonstrate outstanding communication, design leadership, and presentation and storytelling skills Able to quickly iterate, change direction, and receive constructive feedback
