We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including happy hours, conferences, and internal events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about the crypto industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Coordinate event materials, including swag (t-shirts, water bottles, key chains, lanyards) and branded posters.
- Support the creation of slideshow presentations and other event materials.
- Help manage event registrations and attendee communication.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Provide administrative support to the events team.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Experience with event planning or coordination is a plus.
