Front End Engineer - Consumer Services (f/m)
The missions
- Own from a technical standpoint the desktop and mobile development of Consumer Services
- Collaborate with our devs, QA, designers and product within Consumer Services teams
- Proactively engage with teams from partner companies to make new integrations even smoother
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and best practices
- Seek excellence, we look for individuals who are passionate about creating tests, ensuring the highest standards in everything they do
- Be responsible for the quality of Consumer Services
- Mentor and promote tech growth within the front-end team
- Innovate and participate in building crypto services with new ideas around quality software, UI/UX, security and blockchain technology
- Share knowledge within Ledger and beyond
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in front-end software development.
- Strong coding principles with extensive experience in any JavaScript framework, preferably React. Proficiency in TypeScript is highly valued.
- Proficiency in using testing technologies and practices, such as Jest, Playwright, and React Testing Library, to ensure high-quality code and robust applications.
- Attention to detail in UI design with a proactive approach to enhancing user flows and overall user experience.
- Experience with complex projects that emphasize performance and scalability of the front-end stack while maintaining simplicity.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, such as version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle technical challenges creatively.
- A great team player who enjoys collaborating, learning, and sharing best practices with peers.
