Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA, Blockchain Support Engineer (L2-L3) to join our dynamic team. As a Blockchain Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our blockchain-based applications, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues related to our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and performance of blockchain applications.
    • Perform manual testing of blockchain applications.
    • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them.

  • Technical Support:

    • Provide L2-L3 technical support to users and clients, addressing and resolving complex issues related to blockchain applications.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating issues to the development team when necessary.
    • Monitor system performance and health, ensuring the stability and reliability of blockchain applications.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:

    • Work closely with the development, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and updates.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology.
    • Continuously improve testing methodologies and support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Support Engineer, with a focus on blockchain technology.
    • Strong understanding of blockchain concepts and technologies, exp with TON is a big plus.
    • Proficiency in dev tools (like postman).
    • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and SQL
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to provide clear and concise technical support to users and clients.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
