Team Lead - Blockchain Integration
The mission
- Lead the Coin Integration Team, driving the integration of various blockchain technologies into the Ledger ecosystem, ensuring they work seamlessly with our hardware and software solutions (EVM, BTC, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos…)
- Develop strategies for blockchain integration that align with organizational goals and user needs, fostering innovation in blockchain technology utilization.
- Collaborate with product management, software development, and quality assurance teams to deliver robust blockchain solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members through complex blockchain integration challenges, encouraging growth and continuous learning.
- Oversee the team’s delivery timelines, ensuring that integration projects are executed efficiently and align with the broader product roadmap.
- Implement agile best practices tailored to the blockchain integration process, promoting rapid iteration and responsiveness to change.
- Conduct regular agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maximize team effectiveness and morale.
- Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to innovate and experiment with new integration techniques.
What we're looking for
- Strong leadership experience with a passion for the blockchain technology space.
- Extensive coding experience and deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Proficiency in managing integration projects with a variety of blockchain protocols and standards.
- Adept at leading agile project teams and well-versed in agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a capacity to think strategically about how blockchain integrations impact overall product outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Bonus points
- Proven track record of successful blockchain or cryptocurrency-related projects.
- Experience with hardware wallet technology or similar security-focused applications.
- Deep understanding of multiple blockchain architectures, including but not limited to EVM, Cosmos, and Polkadot.
