Responsibilities:
Â
¡     Develop and define the vision and strategy for our streaming product.
¡     Create and prioritize the product roadmap and sprint plans.
¡     Analyze user needs and define product requirements.
¡     Lead cross-functional teams (Developers, UX/UI Designers, QA, Marketing, etc.) and collaborate closely throughout every phase of the product lifecycle.
¡     Conduct A/B tests and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
¡     Define and track product success metrics; provide performance reports.
¡     Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to constantly improve and advance our product.

Required Qualifications
Â
¡     At least 7 years of experience in streaming platforms or digital media products.
¡     Deep knowledge and experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
¡     Leadership and management experience in product development processes.
¡     Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
¡     Data-driven mindset and a user-centric approach.
¡     Experience with user experience (UX) and customer feed
