Role Summary

XFounders is looking for a high-impact, growth-driven Marketing Manager to scale our brand, drive startup and investor engagement, and position us as the leading Web3 accelerator worldwide. This role is critical in expanding our reach, driving top-tier startup applications, and strengthening investor and partner relationships.

You’ll own marketing strategy, content, digital campaigns, social media, and partnerships, ensuring XFounders remains the #1 choice for Web3 founders and investors globally.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Growth & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to attract high-caliber Web3 startups, investors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Scale multi-channel growth through social, paid, influencer, and content-driven strategies.
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels to maximize startup applications and investor engagement.
2. Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership

  • Establish XFounders as the leading Web3 accelerator, making it synonymous with startup success in crypto.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that dominates industry discussions.
  • Work with the CEO and founding team to establish personal brands as industry thought leaders.
3. Social Media & Community Growth

  • Develop and execute a global social media strategy to 10X engagement across platforms.
  • Build and manage a content pipeline that keeps XFounders top of mind for startups, investors, and partners.
  • Leverage founders, investors, and ecosystem partners as brand advocates to drive network effects.
4. Content & Media Strategy

  • Scale XFounders’ content production across blog posts, interviews, reports, and video content.
  • Develop and distribute a high-value newsletter for Web3 investors and founders.
  • Work closely with our in-house Production Team to amplify video storytelling and brand awareness.
5. Partnerships, PR & Global Expansion

  • Build game-changing co-marketing partnerships with Web3 foundations (Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, etc.), VCs, and tech companies.
  • Secure global media partnerships to enhance XFounders’ reputation and reach.
  • Expand marketing initiatives into key global startup hubs (Asia, US, Europe, LATAM).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy.
  • Experience in Web3, crypto, venture capital, or startup ecosystems is a major plus.
  • Proven ability to execute high-performance marketing campaigns at scale.
Technical Skills

  • Expertise in paid media, growth hacking, funnel optimization, and automation.
  • Experience with CRM tools, data analytics, and performance tracking (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Notion).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and Web3 growth mechanics.
Soft Skills

  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and high-impact mindset.
  • Creative storyteller with a strategic approach to messaging.
  • Fast-moving executor who thrives in a startup accelerator environment.
