🌔 About the Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive growth of our performance marketing channels. In this role, you'll support the development of scalable growth strategies that help us bring more active users to MoonPay. You'll play an important role in growing, testing and improving our campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate channels.

🚀 What you will do
Campaign Support: Test, iterate, and scale paid media channels (UAC, Meta, Apple Search, TikTok, Paid Search, Display, Affiliates)
Testing: Run A/B tests, iterate quickly, and support data-driven growth experiments.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ideate and iterate on creatives and maintain a steady creative testing pipeline
Analytics & Insights: Track campaign performance and learn how to optimize key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
Experiment & Learn: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new tools and techniques to keep our marketing efforts cutting-edge
Growth strategy: Proactively assist with GTM strategy and support major marketing campaigns with tailored growth marketing strategic planning and execution

🧑‍🚀 About You
As a Growth Marketing Manager you will be expected to maintain operational excellence and make sure that our  performance marketing campaigns are following best practices. You are proactive and keen to try and test new growth strategies and find cost-efficient ways to build awareness around MoonPay and increase our user base. You want to exponentially grow in the field of Performance Marketing.The ideal candidate is a quick and eager learner who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at context switching, and takes proactive initiative to drive impact. Experience in Web 3 and crypto (professional or personal) is a huge plus.

What you will need
* 2-3 years in managing digital advertising on major channels like Google, Meta, TikTok with a strong track record of driving results. Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
* Strong analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Problem-solving attitude with a curious and analytical nature, always eager to adapt and improve processes.
* Flexibility to adapt to new platforms, trends, and strategies in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge and understanding of Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.
