What you will do:

  • Drive the strategy and execution of new products and improve upon GTM strategies for existing products
  • Develop personas and build segmentation optimizing for improvement of UX through delivery of more relevant content, promotions and products across right channels and time.
  • Execute and track program deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Develop solid working relationships with cross-functional team leads to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.
  • Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas
  • Assist in Preparation of white papers and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to management and to the broader organization
  • Be the voice of the customers and Influence Product Design and Product pipeline to satisfy user needs

What we look for in you:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience that can span across marketing, product, sales, strategy and operations
  • 3+ year of Prodcut GTM experience with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch.
  • A very strong interest/knowledge of Cryptocurrency & Blockchain
  • Proven record in orchestrating a wide range of marketing initiatives - everything from strategic planning - to content marketing - to go-to-market implementation through project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to outline strategy in 'white paper type' documents and subsequent actionable detailed plans
  • Ability to solve complex problems and rapidly formulate a clear point-of-view
  • Excellent prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Thrive when working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment and inspire others around you. Team first attitude
  • Solid product GTM and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering customer demands through quant and qual analysis
  • Thrive when working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment and inspire others around you
  • Bilingual. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese to speak with chinese speaking clients

Nice to haves:

  • MBA preferred, but not required
  • Both B2B and B2C experience is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of Crypto products. Understanding of Crypto asset trading products — including spot, margin, futures, perpetual swap and options
  • Startup or high growth prior experience
  • Prior experience working on a global team
  • Experience working in a disruptive technology, successfully launching products, ideally, within FinTech, eCommerce, SaaS, AdTech, or Digital Wallet business experience
  • A history (and preference) of being both strategic, analytical and execution-oriented
