What we're looking for
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a proven track record in product marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong sense of ownership, taking initiative and accountability for their projects. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing a mindset of moving quickly and learning from failures. Additionally, they should show genuine interest and enthusiasm for the crypto and DeFi space.
Responsibilities
Competitive Research & Positioning:
- Identify competitors in our industry and research their different marketing strategies and maintain an up-to-date repository of competitor insights.
- Identify competitive advantages and develop positioning for each target audience.
Content Marketing:
- Work alongside Product to develop blogs and maintain a content calendar of product related content and customer stories.
- Distribute content via email, social media and other channels aligning with the content calendar.
Website:
- Work with Product, Sales, and Design teams to craft and launch new website pages for products, features, or use cases.
Sales Enablement:
- Work alongside Sales to develop decks, one pagers, and battle cards.
- Assist in developing sales training material for new features and competitor insights.
Go-To-Market Campaign Management:
- Act as project manager for go-to-market campaigns, facilitating the timeline, development of content, approval from stakeholders, and distribution of campaign materials.
Cross-functional Communication:
- Be a strong collaborator and communicator to ensure that projects move along with limited friction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product or content marketing with a solid portfolio of written work.
- 5+ years in marketing with increasing responsibilities and impact.
- 2+ years of experience in crypto, blockchain, web3. Adjacent experience in fintech or financial services will be considered as well.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the year for work |
