Summary

The Hacker Program Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in increasing the number of code review programs launching and running in parallel at Immunefi. This role will function as a GTM leader, controlling and overseeing the work of client interactions, program launches, marketing, and hacker engagement.

On top of that, this role will focus on driving and increasing security researchers’ engagement with Immunefi programs.

We are looking for an experienced specialist who is ready to own the responsibilities and has experience interacting with large communities. This is your opportunity to engage with a 10,000+ community of security researchers and launch best-in-class audit contests.

Please Note: While we are a global & fully remote organization, to best align with the rest of the department, we require applicants to be within the European timezones.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and launch audit contests, invite-only programs, and attackathons.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them all the way through from the initial phase of contract to the program’s successful launch and then conclusion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hackers throughout the program lifecycle, providing support and guidance to maximize participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand client requirements, market trends, and amplify promotional efforts for optimal program success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hackers, fostering a sense of community and encouraging participation in Immunefi's programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and hackers, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into program improvements.
  • Design new program processes and policies, aiming to optimize the workflow and make it scalable and more efficient.
  • Drive security researchers’ engagement by reaching out to community members via social media, planning marketing campaigns, and community-engagement events.
  • Flexibility in driving hacker engagement initiatives based on the manager’s guidelines.

Applicant Requirements

  • Experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing complex programs
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with hackers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Having connections with hackers from previous places of employment is a great plus
  • Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem and a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the space.
  • Sales skills are a plus, as you will be collaborating closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements and develop proposals.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify and solve problems, while also being a strong team player.
  • Passion for developing a hacker community and a commitment to the mission of protecting Web3 projects and user funds.
