Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing and shipping social/consumer products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong visual and interaction skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
- Ability to act as a Product Manager as needed
- Ability to distill abstract design ideas into concrete actionable items for the engineering team
- A passion for Hologram’s vision and products

What does a product designer do?
