THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Digital Project Manager has the keen ability to understand a strategic vision and help carry the project through to a successful, on-time launch. This person specifically plans, organizes and manages digital agile workflow for a variety of brands for a consumer business unit. Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills are critical to this position as the Digital Project Manager will be the “engine” that enables the creative team to produce content that performs, faster.

The Digital Project Manager will be a critical point of contact for a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and partners when it comes to all things related to content production.

This role is NOT a traditional SCRUM master role where you work directly with dev teams.

  • 5-7 years experience preferred especially in the E-commerce and marketing space
  • Has worked in the digital product realm
  • E-Commerce Brand experience
  • Shopify experience a PLUS
  • Ability to bridge the gap between marketing and scrum teams
  • Agile and Waterfall experience

Core Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for product owners and product team members. Maintaining communication with necessary internal and external teams throughout the creative agile workflow process for a variety of brands.
  • Is the active agile workflow manager for the digital product and associated marketing items. This includes but is not limited to app, website, eCRM, video, paid media (display, social). Understands the strategy behind content initiatives and works closely with product owner and team members to populate the scrum board and what is priority per sprint. Manage and motivate team in the scrum process, coaching the team through ceremonies, tracking velocity and keeping the product moving forward.
  • Ensures the integrity and quality of project deliverables by implementing an effective product change review process with regulatory and centers of excellence teams.
    Reviews all production budgets. Assists team lead in pulling together project estimates reflective on internal and external costs. Assists with vendor selection.
  • Possess basic knowledge of all aspects of digital content production, including but not limited to having an eye for strategic creative work, staying on top of industry technologies and trends, and be able to cultivate relationships with partners.
  • Acts as a liaison between agency and internal NPPC resources, as well as external development team partners.
