Role Overview
We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional projects, working closely with Operations, Engineering, BD, and Marketing to ensure project delivery.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience with blockchain and AI development, and a proven track record of managing technical projects in fast-paced environments.Â
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.Â
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define project scope, plan, structure, and track workstreams, deliverables, and milestones.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Drive Agile practices (e.g., Scrum or Kanban), including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Monitor and report on project status, KPIs, and milestones to stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation; report progress and deliverables to executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in blockchain, AI, or software development environments.
Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, AI/ML models, and smart contracts.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Notion, Confluence, or similar project management software.
Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Web3, decentralized applications, or blockchain development.
Knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, or AI-powered smart contracts.
Familiarity with EVM-compatible chains and AI inference models.
