QA Team Lead (f/m)
Your mission
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
- Be a strong advocate for shift-left testing and early validation.
- Champion test automation, reducing reliance on manual testing.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering managers to implement and improve testing practices.
- Develop comprehensive test plans with maximum functional and non-functional coverage.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement robust preventive test strategies.
- Maintain a strong focus of quality KPIs
- Design and maintain automated tests to improve coverage and reliability as necessary.
- Work with E2E and API automation frameworks, partnering with the SDET team.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Quality assurance and test design strategies.
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Detox, Selenium).
- Proven leadership in defining and implementing quality processes across SDLC.
- Experience leading and mentoring a QA team (3+ members).
- Solid software development skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English
- ISTQB certification & Experience in blockchain product testing are a plus
