任职资格
- 具备区块链项目的实际工作经验，主流节点的实际测试经验，web3开发或者节点管理更佳
- 熟悉开源的区块链系统，了解其架构和核心数据结构，掌握Eth、sol、Ton等等主流区块链技术和相关机制原理
- 熟悉区块链浏览器的数据检索以及块相关内容
- 熟悉区块链节点的架构与功能，了解不同类型的节点（全节点、轻节点、验证节点等）的工作原理
- 熟悉python、golang等编程语言，具备编写自动化脚本的能力；熟悉kafka
- 理解RPC协议的原理和用法，RPC节点的稳定性和准确性测试经验，有调节rpc节点问题优先
- 具备独立承担项目测试的能力，熟悉测试流程，敏锐风险把控，具备自主推动能力
