JobType: full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated Crypto Quant Researcher to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will work at the cutting edge of quantitative finance, focusing specifically on cryptocurrencies and digital assets. You will leverage your expertise in quantitative research, programming skills in Python and C++, and deep curiosity about crypto markets to design, backtest, and optimize innovative trading strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to shape trading models for an evolving asset class while working alongside a high-caliber team of engineers, researchers, and traders. If you are passionate about markets, quantitative modeling, and crypto, and thrive in a data-driven environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify inefficiencies, opportunities, and patterns across crypto markets.
  • Design, implement, and test statistical, machine learning, and algorithmic models for trading and risk management.
  • Analyze large and diverse crypto datasets to validate hypotheses and enhance predictive models.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement models into production trading systems.
  • Continuously monitor model performance and propose improvements based on real-world market behavior.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in quantitative finance, machine learning, and blockchain technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Quant Researcher, Quant Analyst, or a related role, preferably in financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, blockchain mechanics, and digital asset market microstructures.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python for data analysis, modeling, and prototyping.
  • Proficiency in C++ for high-performance model development and optimization.
  • Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills; familiarity with time-series modeling, machine learning, or statistical arbitrage techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical inference.
  • Solid understanding of probability, linear algebra, optimization, and stochastic processes.
  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience researching or trading in crypto markets is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to high-frequency trading (HFT) environments or real-time data processing.
  • Familiarity with APIs from major crypto exchanges and decentralized protocols.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning, deep learning, or other advanced AI techniques as applied to financial markets.
