What You’ll Be Doing
- Research on Latest Trends: As a research expert, you will delve deeply into the latest technologies, such as AI and blockchain, to conduct comprehensive research that keeps the team aligned with market demands and competitive landscapes.
- Analysis: By performing in-depth research and analysis of the latest trends in the crypto industry, you will positively influence the Cefi Product Strategy with reliable information and data. Examples include analyzing listings, new features, and web3 topics.
- Process Implementation: Organize and facilitate strategic discussions that align with the overall vision of the Cefi product team. This includes setting up meeting cadences, implementing process improvements, and creating an environment conducive to discussing strategy and innovation topics.
- Business Innovation: Continuously enhance OKX's Cefi Product strategy by deeply analyzing the current competencies of OKX Cefi Product teams. Regularly evaluate and reflect on technological performance to drive improvement.
What We Look For In You
- Over 5 years of proven success and experience in strategy planning, consulting, and research in Crypto, VCs, Internet, Fintech, or Consulting.
- Knowledgeable in the Web3 industry, with expertise in areas such as trending narratives in token listings, new trading products/features, and AI/Blockchain products.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about innovation.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build effective relationships across different business teams.
- Preferred educational background from top universities, such as Ivy League schools, Harvard, NYU, Tsinghua, Peking, or other renowned business schools (MBA).
