Job Responsibilities:

    • Build and source for liquidity of Products on the Gate.io Platform
    • Manage some of Gate.io's largest institutional clients, as well as stable accounts onboarded by the Business Development team
    • Build and maintain successful long-term relationships with existing clients, retaining and constantly looking for ways to grow and improve trading volumes
    • Work closely with internal teams across the organization, not limiting to the marketing team, technical, and support team to assist clients in resolving their issues promptly
    • Proactively monitor the competitor landscape and work with the product and marketing teams to iterate the overall strategy

Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development role focusing on product and sales
    • Prior experience in a crypto exchange, investment firm, institutional brokerage, or electronic trading firm
    • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
    • A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one’s sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience
    • Passionate about the crypto industry
    • Detail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
    • Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills. English is required, Mandarin would be a strong plus
