Ava Labs is looking for a Senior Product Led Growth specialist to drive explosive growth of their AvaCloud product. This individual will focus on optimizing the user experience to identify, qualify, convert, grow and retain customers. In this critical role, you will drive the business strategy to leverage the AvaCloud suite of products to drive customer acquisition.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Take ownership of defining the roadmap for features that drive adoption and engagement in our enterprise business. Guide the development of these features from conceptualization to implementation with partnership with our product and marketing teams.
- Analyze product usage data to drive growth and optimize adoption
- Qualify product driven leads and nurture conversion
- Establish and mature systems to engage and quantify the user journey
- Design, implement and measure multivariate A/B tests to show incremental impact across new features and optimizations of current features.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to deliver a unified lifecycle strategy to drive awareness, adoption, utilization, and retention of strategic high-value features
- Establish key metrics customer lifetime value, product qualified leads, cost per lead, user activation rate, churn, time to value, etc
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 6+ years of experience in a product led growth position ideally in a B2B SaaS/PaaS environment
- Experience with systems like Hubspot and other marketing and sales automation tools
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation principles including lead scoring fundamentals, funnel progression, etc
- Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills including experience with project management tracking systems, like JIRA and Confluence
- Data driven marketing, product, data science and/or marketing experience. You must be data and customer obsessed to thrive in this position
- You are a good communicator and work well with others. You are a glass half full thinker. You can thrive in a start-up environment that is on a fast growth and maturity path
- SaaS/Paas experience is nice to have.
- A fundamental interest in web3 and an understanding of blockchain technology
Salary Range: $135,200 to $168,800
