Overview -

The role entails working directly with client, revenue, markets, operationsand engineering teams to deliver robust product solutions that will scale our lending and risk platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the prime brokerage business including but not limited to trade lifecycle workflows, financing and risk operations, collateral management, liquidity management and regulatory reporting.

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities -

• Own and build a product vision and roadmap for FalconX’s lending platform. In this role you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and building new capabilities so we can better serve clients as they interact with FalconX’s suite of lending products
• You will also partner with the risk management function to build and implement robust risk systems to quantify and manage the firm’s overall risk exposures
• You will be the product manager responsible for supporting and delivering products with an dedicated engineering team that supports lending and risk.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams that supports our lending business and risk businesses - Trading, Capital Markets, Risk Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other product teams to prioritize high impact products and translate both internal and external customer needs into a product roadmaps
• Build innovative solutions in a customer-centric environment - the solutions will include backend systems, user experiences, and tools for FalconX Operations and Risk teams.

Experience -

• 7+ years in product management/engineering
• Candidates must have experience working with product, engineering teams and stakeholder teams in highly fast-paced environments.
• You have deep experience building and managing front, middle and back office brokerage infrastructure at scale
• You have experience building lending, credit and risk related products and systems at a bank, asset manager or hedge fund
• You are a motivated self-starter
