Full Node
Full Node is the space for blockchain and web 3.0 initiatives to work and collaborate.
As Europe’s largest co-working space for web 3.0 technology, Full Node features private offices,
fixed desks, and an open area which hosts regular, vibrant meetups from projects at the
forefront of the space.
Gnosis opened Full Node in early 2018 to create a space for development and collaboration as
we build the future together. Home to over 20 companies, you’ll find a center of decentralized
technology in Berlin.
The Role
We are looking for a candidate interested in taking part and hosting a community around
blockchain and peer-to-peer technologies in the heart of Berlin. As the Front Desk at Full Node,
you are responsible for managing the space, making sure everything is organized and providing
a great experience to our members.
You'll be responsible for
● Manage the space and make sure everything is running smoothly and is organized
● Greet and welcome guests
● Answer, screen and manage membership requests
● Manage members monthly invoices
● Onboarding and offboarding members
● Manage and host events in the space, such as meet-ups, happy hours and our weekly
community breakfast
● Order and organize the office supplies and manage the inventory
● Manage mail
You are
● Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
● Customer oriented and communicative
● Solid written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
● Excellent organizational skills
● Customer service attitude
● Multitasking and time-management skills
● Hands-on, proactive and reliable
● Enjoy working in an international atmosphere
