Key Responsibilities of the role

You will be at the forefront of the business, bringing new clients to Copper, for both Custody and Prime services. By engaging with our prospective and existing clients and drawing feedback to your services, you will be helping us to set the industry’s standards and drive the next wave of the innovation in the industry.

  • Build significant pipelines of client opportunities and ushering them through the complete sales cycle
  • Nurture existing deals within the APAC sales pipeline
  • Notify prospective clients of future feature releases in accordance
    with Copper’s Product Roadmap
  • Responsible for qualifying the new leads into the business
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of Copper’s service offering and client base
  • Accurately maintain the company CRM system
  • Ensure all internal processes are adhered to in relation to the sales
    process and pipeline development
  • Create an effective network within the digital asset community to promote the Copper brand, resulting in bound enquiries
  • Partner Account Management / Client services team to obtain maximum wallet share, cross-sell and institutionalise client relationships
  • Scale prospective outreach through effective use of CRM and other tools made available by Copper
  • Develop strategies to shorten the sales cycles and maximise closing rates
  • Analyse client revenue and performance to identify opportunities
  • Promote product development based on feedback from both individual clients and the broader market

Your experience, skills and knowledge

  • Proven experience in a similar role with Financial Services
  • Cryptocurrency experience (professional or personal interest)
  • Understanding of Financial Services, strong industry knowledge of Custody, Prime Brokerage and Settlement Services
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and react to change quickly and positively
  • Must be a disciplined self-starter with a significant degree of analytical rigour and attention to detail
  • A high degree of motivation, adaptability and proactiveness are keysuccess factors for the role.
  • Ability to work autonomously and/or remotely
