Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• A crypto native. You have a deep knowledge of blockchain and the crypto world
• You are never tired of learning. You want to be a pro in bleeding edge tech like DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0.
• You are genuinely interested in blockchain & Web3
• You know how tokenomics work. Previous experience in ERC20 or equivalent preferred.
• You have worked in either a top-tier crypto and/or gaming company
• You are a great communicator. You will interact with both internal and external stakeholders
• A strong network in the crypto world is a plus
• Good to have interest in Gaming, gameplay fundamentals and game economies
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• A self-driven, responsible, and detail-oriented person who can multi-task and deliver high-quality work on time
• Proven ability to create game concepts and math models
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, analysis skills

You will 📲

• Help us design a token strategy for RGU (Rush Gaming Universe)
• Collaborate with the game mechanics team to design and integrate tokens within the gameplay
• Contribute to the writing of a whitepaper explaining gaming and tokenomics concepts
• Model token financials and sensitivity and define supply
• Make strategies & efforts to sustain token’s value in the long run

• Design and implement a strategy to distribute tokens (eg. partnerships, private or crowd sale etc.)
• You will own the in-game economy and will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Analysts to devise the strategy for the real money and virtual game economies
• Drive the monetary value of the virtual game currency (i.e crypto tokens) by managing the bonding curve
• Analyze the many facets of the game economy, player engagement, and monetization data at a macro and micro level
• Help engage the community to grow the token
