What you’ll be doing
- Support the EMURGO employee life cycle as an initial point of contact for a wide range of questions covering topics including, onboarding, orientation events, new hires.
- Maintain data integrity in our HR systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality to ensure compliance with global regulations
- Working with People Operations Team to maintain security, process and create documentation for audits, HRIS maintenance, administrative HR tasks, and talent development projects
- Assist with special projects including employer branding, employee engagement, and DEI
- Lead our collaborative work environment initiatives to boost morale and creatively observe employee milestones.
- Support with team performance management and feedback processes
What you bring to EMURGO
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Operations role
- Strong attention to detail with strong planning skills
- Passion for serving others and a steady focus on the needs of a diverse talent base across the employee lifecycle
- Positive attitude and passion to learn
- Experience working at a small, fast-growing company
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Have fun at work and help others do the same
- Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency
